Siang Lim is a serial entrepreneur and currently serves as the Founder & CEO of Pan Asia Capital, Founder & Chairman of Linhu Real Estate and Founder & CEO of Dragon Oatmilk, a famous plant-based brand in China, he is also senior partner of PKF Kexin. Siang has over 25 years of business and investment experience in Asia Pacific, in particular the last 18 years in China. He also co-founded and invested in other businesses, such as F&B, Children Entertainments, FMCG, Industrial Materials & Products Manufacturing and High-end Retails F&F designing, manufacturing & construction - currently, he is the board member of these companies and chaired some of the boards. Prior coming to China, Siang worked in Australia for more than a decade and held senior positions with top tier global firms. A professionally trained Chartered Accountant, Siang also holds China Certified Asset Manager and Honorable Citizen for Jiaxing City. He is an active member of YPO and EO and attends YPO Harvard Presidents’ Program.

Adrian Wall is the Founder and Executive Director of THE π GROUP, a company that owns and operates numerous restaurant brands in China, while also providing administrative and financial services to some restaurants and restaurant groups in the country.

Adrian co-founded WCA in 2006 with an eye towards advising Latin American clients on doing business in Greater China. Since then, he has developed the business to include advisory services for Chinese firms looking to bring their business overseas. Consequently, WCA specializes in cross-border M&A transactions between China and the emerging markets of Latin America, Africa, and South East Asia. WCA also provides financial advisory services and pre-acquisition due diligence in a diverse array of industries including real estate, media, manufacturing, energy, agribusiness, natural resources, and mining.

Prior to founding WCA, Adrian spent over 2 years as a Senior Manager in the Shanghai office of ALC Advisors, a Chicago-based boutique investment bank, where he formed and managed various joint ventures, largely in the middle-market manufacturing industry for multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Before relocating to Shanghai, Adrian worked as a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its New York and Washington D.C. offices. There, he led a team responsible for both the marketing and execution of PwC's accounting, auditing, and consulting services to US clients located on the east coast.

Having lived in China since 2004, Adrian has excellent connections with senior China officials and extensive business experience in the major commercial geographical areas in China. Adrian holds a B.A. (cum laude) in Economics from Harvard University and speaks fluent English and Mandarin. Adrian is an active member of YPO.

Saqr M. Abu Aisha is a results-driven Emirati entrepreneur with over 17 years of successful professional experience in various business sectors, spanning finance, technology, oil and gas, FMCG, SME, tourism and hospitality, supply chain, telecoms infrastructure, and construction across the GCC. Currently, he serves as a Partner at Pan Asia Capital. Moreover, he actively engages as an expert advisor to the boards, contributing to business development and providing local knowledge among high-net-worth family offices, private funds, startups, and business groups looking to expand their presence in the U.A.E. and GCC region. His expertise includes strategic business planning, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as developing partnerships and joint ventures.

Saqr played a pivotal advisory role for Ultra-high-net-worth individual and royal family members, enabling successful international joint ventures within their business group. His previous background includes Investment Manager at ADIC- UBS, focusing on portfolio management and mergers and acquisition, alongside where he initially started his career at Ernst & Young. He specialized in due diligence for key transactions, including the NBD and Emirates Bank joint venture. In his role as Strategic Partnerships Manager at WIO Bank, Abu Dhabi, an ADQ subsidiary, he fostered retail collaborations, initiated and developed corporate relationships to enhance the digital banking platform's services.

He holds an Executive MBA from CASS Business school and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Marketing.

With over 26 years of international and multicultural professional experience, Tian Sin has established himself as an experienced professional in engineering design, project management, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning functions. His experience spans various sectors within the energy, petrochemical, and general industries, encompassing high capital investment and expenditure industrial infrastructure projects such as oil and gas pipelines, refineries, petrochemical complexes, full-field development projects, marine loading terminals, and water treatment plants. Over the course of his career, he has led teams and overseen the successful implementation and delivery of several prestigious projects across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Asia Pacific regions.

He has demonstrated notable achievements and competencies in the leading role for multidisciplinary projects requiring extensive stakeholder interfacing, particularly focusing on large-scale oil and gas onshore projects for fluids storage and transportation via pipelines. He possesses a robust understanding of industry standards and codes. His practical experience predominantly includes locations in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with further short-term assignments in multiple countries across different regions. These experiences have equipped him with invaluable skills in international project implementation, cultural collaboration, and adaptability to diverse environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Chemical Engineering with Environmental Protection from Loughborough University, UK.
